Terms of Service
Service name: Classroom Trial · Effective date: September 1, 2026
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the operator and users in connection with the use of "Classroom Trial" (the "Service"), a mobile mystery story game provided by the operator.
Article 2 (Description of the Service)
- The Service is a mystery visual novel in which you read the story, collect evidence, and refute lies to solve the case.
- The Service is provided free of charge and may include rewarded ads that users choose to watch.
- The operator may add or change new chapters, features, and improvements.
Article 3 (Conditions of Use and Content Notice)
The Service is a fictional story about school violence and contains scenes that evoke drugs. Violence is never shown directly and is expressed only through its aftermath, and the Service does not describe the names, doses, or use of real drugs. We recommend the Service for users aged 12 and over.
- If the story makes you uncomfortable, you may stop using the Service at any time.
- If you need help, contact the Korea school violence report and counseling line 117 or the Korea youth counseling line 1388.
Article 4 (Fictional Story)
All characters, schools, companies, organizations, and events in the Service are fictional and have no connection to any real person, institution, or event.
Article 5 (Copyright)
- All rights in the Service's story, dialogue, artwork, sound, and software belong to the operator.
- Users may use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes and may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify it without the operator's permission.
- Sharing reviews and screenshots is welcome. However, commercial use requires permission.
Article 6 (Advertising)
- Ads play only when the user chooses to watch them, and every case can be solved without watching any.
- Rewards (hints, skipping the retry wait, and viewing Eun-seo's memo) are provided only if you watch an ad to the end.
Article 7 (Retry Wait)
If you fail a Classroom Trial, you must wait a set time (currently 1 hour) until the trial reopens. Waiting is free, and watching an ad lets you try again immediately without waiting. The waiting time and method may change to improve the Service.
Article 8 (Changes and Suspension of the Service)
The operator may change or suspend all or part of the Service when necessary for operational or technical reasons, and will announce significant changes on the Service screen.
Article 9 (Saved Data and Disclaimer)
- Game progress is stored only on the user's device. It cannot be recovered if you uninstall the app, change devices, or delete saved data.
- The operator is not liable for damages caused by reasons beyond its control, such as natural disasters or problems with devices or communication environments.
Article 10 (Changes to the Terms)
If these Terms change, we will notify you on the Service screen and on this page at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Changes that are unfavorable to users will be announced 30 days in advance.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute shall be brought before the court having jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act (Korea).
